I have had my new backhoe for about a month now. It is very stout, I was really surprised. It had turned my 4200 into a very useful machine. Here is some shots after the first day home, I used it in the rain. That's why the rig is so muddy. Getting it on and off is about a 10 minute affair. Wish i had took pics. I will next time in when I get done with my hitch here at work.

Here is some more pics of use. The thumb is very useful as you can see from the rock I dug out of a buddy's yard for him. The ditch I dug was for the back pond where I cut the levy for a tile to drop the level down to reclaim some pasture. LUTT

Here is the pic of the pond that I was working on. The first pic is the very upper end I am draining down , the second is where the wet weather creek comes in. When I get it drained I'll build a levy on the upper side of the creek. This pond and the upper pond which is to the right of the barn in the first pic will be used to irrigate my pastures during the dry season. LUTT
