3 weeks ago I snapped a new Woods belt on my 72" Woods mower deck. The break was a nice staright snap. The belt showed no signs of wear or tearing, just the break. The new belt had 7-9 hours on it tops. I sent the belt back to Woods for a free replacement. They have a one year warranty on belts as long as it is not caused by abuse, burnout, etc. Saturday a new free replacement belt came in the mail. There was no explanation or any written notice inside. These belts cost $80.00+ to replace. Hat's off to Woods for taking care of this problem. Has anyone else had a problem lately with the Woods belts?
