Zetor 6340 won't reverse or shift into forward

Hey everyone. We have a zetor that's been giving us issues. Last year the master cylinder for the clutch went out, so we replaced it, and this year the slave cylinder went out, and I just replaced it today. Now it shifts like a charm in gears 1-5, but I can't get it to shift into forward or into reverse. It had been in forward, so I was able to drive it around, but after fiddling with the lever, I got it into neutral, and now I can't get it to go back into forward, or into reverse. It sounds like it's maybe not able to catch? This is the lever in particular (not sure the name for it, other than "Reverser"). I imagine it's something obvious, but I don't know exactly what's wrong with it, and I haven't been able to find anything online.
