Default Please Identify This Accessory (single front tire conversion)

I came across this picture in the LS "pictures only thread. Does anyone have any information on what the proper term for the tricycle conversion is? What company makes them? I am just curious because I would like to see more pictures and applications of this. I have been unsuccessful with google searches because everything links back to old tractors.

A little more searching led me to this PDF file: http://www.valtra.nl/news/documents/VTeam_012013_NL.pdf

What is unique to me from the Deere videos is the front wheels appear to by hydrualic. Doesn't look like a US Farming process but I would say the point is to keep a field flat. This way you are not making trenches with 4 tires.

    Honestly dunno.
