Toolcat Snow Removal

I'm at Ft McCoy Wisonsin for some training. We just got nailed with over a foot of snow and high winds. I cruised the Fort today taking pictures of snow removal. Thought you Toolcat guys might like to see them. Enjoy.

They are nice. Good friend of mine has one now.
He doesn't have as many obstacles to blow around that the guy has in the pics. Must be some kind of slolom training. ??

The last three pics were at the Mess Hall. I've never paid much attention to the Toolcat cause I couldn't come close to justifying one. But a feature I didn't realize they have is rear steer. I was shocked how short it could turn while blowing sidewalks.

They can also do doggy offset too. Very versitile with that all-wheel-steer.

Ever see how a dog runs straight away from you? Behind is offset to the side.

Is there some advantage to this? I understand you get dog tracking if you don't align your wheels straight, but you seem to see this as an advantage, am I missing something?

Its use depends on what tool is attached. The capability is there if needed. It goes along with the all-wheel-steer capability.

Under some tight clearance situations dog walking can get you in tighter or closer to whatever it is you are doing. Sometimes it will get you out of a bad situation without damaging anything if you slide into that position (mud, snow, ice).
