I mentioned using tilt in post #40.


Finished grading the red clay, it is not as high and steep now.

Loading and hauling topsoil from the pile in the pasture. 4.5 cubic yards per trip.


Using the V417 to spread the piles.

Went over the topsoil with the box blade, no pictures because it would look just like grading the red clay, except it would be topsoil. But it needed to be a little smoother and flatter in places, so I took a messed up panel from the scrap pile and turned it into a land plane! :thumbsup:

Hung it from the stump bucket.


Using some down pressure, the suspension makes this work good.


Ready for some sod.

Another thing I can do with the Toolcat is pull the trailer using the Omni Transformer 3 point hitch.

The 1800 pound, 7' brush hog curled up and lifted up.


Straight out and curled down.

I love those tool cats. When you get a chance, could you give us the ocassional update on it?

This thread is overdue for an update, so here is a slight modification to prevent tree branches from knocking the lamps out of the rear work lights again.

Notice how high they are mounted.

Drilled holes in some aluminum strap, used a longer bolt and cut some tubing for spacers.
Now they are down out of harms way. :thumbsup:
