I didn't realize the 417 was that much lower than the Toolcat and surprised that it is barely longer than the Toolcat as well.

What does the 417 use for a suspension, if any? I've never seen one in person.

Also, what does that large red sticker above the Bobcat name on the driver's side of the cab say?

Yep, but it is twice as heavy!

Front axle solid, rear pivots just like a tractor front axle.

I had to go look at the red sticker:)

To see the V417 working, read post #2433, here: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/owning-operating/118658-todays-seat-time-244.html

I think it is because the cab is narrow and lower. The V417 is one foot wider and a little longer. After all it is classed as a Compact Telehandler. :)

Another polecat! Polaris had a press release last week, I figured it would have a white twin.

Ed

Thanks, I wondered who made it. I have an older Bobcat 2200D UTV, it was made by Club Car.

Polaris makes the newer Bobcat UTV "white twins". Here is a link to the Polecat, without the Bobcat colors: Polaris
