Hello,
I'm usually lurking in the Kubota or SCUT forums but have a Wheelhorse 312-8 and a C110 with 42" decks that need repiair. My question is, Has anyone found a spindle that is the right hight to replace the Wheelhorse spindles? I'm seriously thinking about fabricating my own but why reinvent the wheel if it already exsits? I purchased the 312 new in 1990 and the 1974 C110 was my Dad's. We used the 312 to mow 2 acres until we bought the Kubota 2 years ago and still use it to trim, pull the trailer and leaf vacuum. I think if the oil is changed and air filter replaced regularly, those little Kohlers will run forevever but the "weak links" (if 20+ years is weak? are the origional mower spindles/bearings.
Thanks
