Your towing rigs and trailers

Here's my current 7x14 business trailer that's hauled every day by a 1997 F Super Duty Powerstroke bucket truck. I say current trailer because I have a 7x18 with front & rear ramp doors on order. The current trailer will become our motorcycle hauler.

The last body style I ever liked on a Chevy. When the 88's came out I went with Ford and been there ever since.

I hope someday to get the rust spots fixed, but it is mostly a work truck. It also has a 327 motor in it bored out 30 over, with a 4 barrel holley carb, and headers. The guy that owned it before me was only the 2nd owner and he had the transmission fined for pulled his camper trailer. Many times when I am sitting at the drive thru at McDonald's and people walking in when they see it and here it running give me a shout out "nice truck". I rather drive this than a brand new truck. My 14 yr old son loves it too and hopes dear ol'dad gives it to him for his 16th birthday but he couldn't afford to keep gas in it. I am lucky to get 12 mpg but its not a daily driver either.

In the past I've owned a '76, a '77 and a '79. Two half tons full time 4WD and one 3/4 ton with lockout hubs. I could actually work on those trucks when things went wrong. All in the days before heavy computerization and electronic everything. :confused2:

Trailer is a new Carry-on 18ft. Hauler, 3500 lb axles, dual brakes.
