Torsion axles do not use springs, shackles, equalizers and all that stuff that will break or wear

I did a search. Google sure is a time saver! That does sound like the ticket as far as suspension. I do believe this trailer is using leaf springs (oh no low tech suspension ). Now I will just have to live with it. Next step is playing with proper loading. Thanks again.

The way I load my trailers, I look at truck and trailer angle and I put load on so rear of truck will drop down a little. Nothing fancy
