Perhaps the kitty mistook the dodge for something else, and was instinctively trying to bury it, wonder what he thought it was???? Just kidding, had to poke some fun at the Mopar folks:b

600hp? in 78? I was still making dirty diapers in 78, so I am by no means knowlegeable about old semis, but I did`nt think you could spec that kind of power back then. Maybe he repowered it, or cranked it up?

KTA's were BEASTS and were available with 600HP and like 1800-2000 ftlbs of TQ.

A friend of mine had one in an SAR Kenworth tow truck . It had a 15 speed with a Joey box and two speed diffs . At full noise with the hand throttle in the lowest gear he could get out of it and walk around the truck and hop back in . He hooked it on to some huge load that was over the side of an embankment , selected low low and let her go . He and many other witnesses tell me that as the wheels had so much traction and there was so much torque applied it tore off the recaps on the drive tyres . MONSTA .

I am pretty sure the KTA was under the hood of the 1156 Versatile, turned down to 470HP.
