I bought a few items... price was better than the local trailer supply and they would have had to order one of the items anyway...
You want good prices and a guy and gal who answer the phone and know the products go to R&P Carriages. They are the only ones I buy from now for my marine trailer business.
I've had very good luck with everything I bought from etrailer, also found several of their online videos helpful when I did my first electric brake replacement on the trailer.
I haven't dealt with etrailer.com. I don't know what you're looking to buy, but I found generally good prices and received good service (and tech support) from Southwest Wheel (southwestwheel.com) when I bought the brake controller for my truck. I'm not recommending them over etrailer.com, just presenting another option.
Etrailer has been great. I have placed many orders with them. The online, how-to videos have been very helpful. They have tech people who return emails/phone calls and seem to actually know what they are talking about. Wish that someone had a hydraulic business as user friendly. IE; E-hydraulics for dummies!
