About half the time.

The other half is the tree huggers fault.

I agree. And by slamming GM aka Government Motors tells me that people are nothing more than shallow and narrow minded. The money will be repaid, and I will be doing my part by supporting General Motors, as will the supporters of Chrysler.

JMHO.

I wonder if there's a "hidden agenda" sending ford 6 billion to develop a green car and how much of it will actually go to the "green car"?

Every single dollar......right?

Fun stuff to think about.

I prefer the GM product to Ford. In fact I've not been fond of Ford pickups - I think the ride is too hard, the seat is too hard, etc.

However no WAY am I purchasing a product from the government, when the government has no business being in business in competition with private business.

There are so many units that are going to be sold. If GM couldnt stay afloat, then let them go under and the other manufacturers will be better off for it. Somebody has to fill that demand. For the government to prop up one of the competitors in a market is socialist and totally unfair.

This is where we are headed, everything will end up being nationalized. But I am not buying a product from Moscow Motors.
