| Re: Livestock trailer plans Now thats funny Keith
Really, I am in the trailer business and with all my contacts I can not build a trailer cheaper than I can buy one. For example I wanted a 18' x 82" wide standard 7K landscape trailer. I could get one for $860 with used tires and no brakes back in 2003. I had a set of brakes on the shelf I could add myself. I could not buy the steel, axles, and wheels for that. Did not include wood, paint, lights, safety chains, ball couple, ect, ect. I do not know how they do it. The trailer I bought had a spare and ramps also delivered 1 hour from my house.
Long and short, unless you have all the parts already you can not build one cheaper. Here is a pic of it.

| Re: Livestock trailer plans I was wanting to build one over the winter. I get free metal all the time from work so I think the cost to build one wont be that bad. Plus I can build it like I want it |
