Paul:
In the true spirit of the PT forum, of course, you need to improve on MossRoad's rig. I suggest a three-cu-yard side-dump box on the trailer ahead of the PT. It should have a quick attach plate and quick release pins. so you can pick it up with the PT and store it when you aren't hauling bulk stuff and need the trailer front space for all your implements. mr. m.r. this is what my remodeled pt425 is going to look like ... except i will have a flatbed, a container and a camper/office roll off capability. the motor/air conditioning unite are going to be up front and the attachments in the back. i will control everything via a split screen. the first screen will give me the gps info (for fertilization and seed application. the next split screen will control the driving direction and the last split screen will monitor the attachments.

no more eating dust like i did today collecting leaves for 6 hours.

Charlie,
Your idea leaves very little room for improvement.
But on the other hand, there is no reason that you shouldn't have another quick attach plate set up for a camper type shell. No better way to keep an eye on the PT when doing work away from home.

i forgot that addition too ... thanks for reminding me.

all kidding aside we are working with all haul corp. mini containers:
http://www.allhaul.com to make a space on the trailer to load the pt when going on a trash/yard cleanup job.
their smallest container is 6 feet x 22 inches by 84 inches just built and not available yet for perusal on the web site. mike larson from all haul build this container for the chevron oil company for use in africa.

we are also considering to get the slick hauler, which you can find on the bottom of the web page, this thing can lift 4000# and is plenty strong to carry the pt425 plus snow removal equipment. the dragging a trailer around in new snow is not too much fun.
