Has anybody purchased one of these trailers? I was going to build one.....looks like a pretty good deal to me.

Best bet is to call them. They seem pretty reasonable over the phone.

It was around $700 complete with floatation wheels. The tandem oscelates as well as the front bolster. Built like larger running gear....but just scaled down. I guess they're primarily used in nurseries. They will customize it (wider/longer/heavier spindles, etc) for not much more money. Also available is a "sissors - type" hydraulic dump.

I can't make one, especially with this design, for what they charge. Seems like a pretty good deal!

I was wondering if anybody else has ever bought one.

I was considering purchasing one. I looked around and the prices didn't help....So I instead just built one from scratch. I made the frame out of 3x3x1/4inch square tubing. The tandem trailer is 4' x 8'. I had 4 tires laying around that was rated at 2400lbs all together. One thing I didnt do was put leave springs or some kind of suspension on it. So one day I will add some kind of suspension. As for right now it works great for hauling wood, dirt, everything. For the future plans are to add a tilt so that I can add a Hyrdolic cylinder to raise and lower it. I estimated I put in about $ 100.00 dollars in to it. It took me about 1 week of to build it when I got off of work. Oh by the way I added a boat winch so that I could load or tie down brush ect.
