IMG_0726.JPGWe have a 24 ft 14K lowboy trailer with 6 ft heavy ramps. Bought 2 2k springs from Etrailer and installed them. Wow the difference it makes.

Nice addition. Ramp springs are fairly standard on horse float ramps, if you don't have a hydraulic ramp assist.

Glad they work good for you. I was thinking of getting a set for my Kaufman

I have them on my new 20' "Quality Steel & Aluminum" trailer.
At 76 years old, I am not sure I could raise my ramps without the springs.
I though Kaufman also used the springs.

It's an option. I bought the trailer used. I would have added them if I bought new. But I got a killer deal on the trailer., so I can't complain.

Do they make it difficult to adjust the width of your ramps? Thanks.

They make it a touch more difficult ,but it's still worth the ease of lifting them.
