    Default 2OOO Hudson 5 ton Trailer

    16', oak deck, fold down ramps, new low boy tires, brakes on both axles, break away brakes. Lights don't work.

    I've got a chance to purchase this trailer (see attachment) for what my friends say is a steal. What would you guys say its worth. I'll post what I can purchase it for later today.
    Thanks for any comments in advance.

    That's a 2000 and it's that beat up? Personally I wouldn't give over $900 or 1000 for it. If it's that beat up from one year of use it has had a dang hard life.

    At an auction last weekend...2 similar units went for $800 and $1000... {don't know of any defects with them?}

    By the way... what is the steal price your friend indicated?

    Yea, concerns me a little to. The guy who has it used it to haul logs. I think the chips are from his grapple when he unloaded it. Do you know of any test to put it through, or signs that something is damaged?

    What would you consider a fair price for the trailer?
