I can pick up a new 2013 T293 with loader for $13000. Doesn't have the mid PTO option...any thoughts?

That is a darn good price. Best price we could beget on our 2012 T293 a year ago was about $14k. Regardless, it was the best $14K we have spent. We would not have been able to clear the land, build the house without it. The only downside is that we still have mushy ground with the thaw and it is a beast so we get ruts. We had hoped we would be able to add a Mid PTO and MMM but the reality is that the cost of adding the PTO and MMM is more than buying a dedicated mower. It will certainly come in handy with 4 acre maintenance.

Good luck!!

Thanks, I used to have a GC2300 and was really impressed by what the tractor could do. My biggest hesitation is that this T293 has the LT250 loader vs the LX2000...

Mine has the LT250 loader. This is my first tractor so I am not sure what the difference is between the two. I have had no issues so far.

The LT250 is rated at 1416 lbs of breakout force and 1108 lbs of lift. The LX2000 is rated at 2050 lbs of breakout force and 1380 lbs of lift.

I'd have to break out a manual but I think one has a self leveling bucket. I forget ( alot).

I would say if its new it must be. Probably a good cash price. TYM is offering a $2500.00 rebate this month of the 233/293
