TYM 233 Thread Size
I have a TYM 233 and I am looking for information on the thread pitch and size for the fill cap. It is not NPT. To prvent leaking oil from the fill cap with the backhoe attached to the machine I need to extend the fill cap by approx 2 1/2 inches. I have had no luck in matching up the size, angle and tpi of the cap. I am leaning to Whitworth(British 55 degree), or a metric course thread. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated. I live in NY so a supplier of the right size fittings would also be appreciated.

Re: TYM 233 Thread Size
I put a small windshield wiper fitting in and ran a hose up the ROPS. seems to work much better.
