One of the negativities I hear bout TYM is parts availability and the small dealer network right now.

Though the feedback I am seeing is really good from multiple forums.

Has TYM improved on their parts availability?

I can't comment either way, never had any issues in 4 yrs, only regular maintenance items and they are fairly easy to aquire.

TYM went through their growing pains a few years back, where they tried to grow too fast and had too many dealers with too little knowledge of the machines. Since then they have regrouped, let some of the weaker dealers go, and added a fully stocked US warehouse and assembly plant in North Carolina. Parts are easy to get quickly through any of the dealers. If the dealer doesn't have the part in the store, they can have it direct shipped to you from NC. Each dealer has a computerized lookup to find your parts and get them to you fast. Hope this information helps.
