Steiner 430 steering wheel wobbles

The steering wheel on my Steiner 430 Max is wobbling. I popped off the plastic cover and found the steering wheel is firmly attached to the shaft. What is wobbling is the shaft. I looked at the parts manual and it looks like the shaft is part of the steering valve. Does anyone know if there is something inside this valve that can be tightened to eliminate the wobble?

Mine are the same way, just live with it, i replaced one of my steering valves due to seal leakage, it was 400.00 and the new one was loose in about a year...it hasn't leaked though in 15 years it's been on.
