Just out of curiosity what are you going to gain with a 300cx loader over the 430? They are both quick detach and have the pin on type attachment.

The 300cx will lift a bit more, are quicker to remove and mostly i like the looks of them

Ok I didn't realize that the 300 could lift more. I just noticed that you had a 4100 with the 410 and the 430 has the same exact setup just a tad smaller size than the 430.

Out of curiosity I was wondering if you ran your 14T behind your 4300. I have a 4310 and been thing about getting a 14/24T to bail with it? Are the Hayliners easier to bale with than the JD's with compact tractors?

Yes the 300cx is stronger than the 430. The 430 is 2x the size and has about 3x the lift of the 410

Yes The 4300 will near effortlessly run a 14t bailer. It will actually run it at a idle.... People say they wont and they will shake you and the tractor. This is 100% BS The 14T is like 60 strokes a min and very smooth. It takes VERY little power to run and as well as the 24T the NH 273 i used was about the same but did take a noticeable amount more power to start up but running was about the same..
