Its a nice little unit. Wont push a 6010 rod, but we have the StickWeld 250 which will handle the 6010 rods pretty well.

Well I have the 140 ... I hate to say this.... BUT customer service has not addressed my issues ... it was bought last fall when the "show" was going on. It came missing little pi$$y things like the mask, chipping hammer and it has a high pitched whistle to it when you turn it on runs for a few minutes then quits and you got to let it cool down and re-start ... when I contacted customer service I recieved an email for a lady that told me basicly ... "I'm sorry all the guys are at the show" my next few emails went un answered and I just came to the conclusion that I got less than what I paid for.

The welders may very well be the best made and customer service may be the best ever .. I just don't exsist to them. I AM NOT POSTING THIS SO THEY WILL RESPOND TO ME NOR AM I DEGRADING THEM ... just sharing my review ... He11 I spent more last month at the Casino and don't have a darn thing to show for it !!!!

Well even if I do get a stickweld 140, it will have to wait a while. I cooked my 18v cordless drill recently, and what was my money to put towards a welder will now be used to get a new drill. Oh the joys of being a highschool student with no job....
