    Did the LN25 have a different gun on it? 1/16 or larger liner in the gun right? Many use knurled drive rolls for cored wire.

    yomax4, now you know this isn't my first rodeo!
    Same gun on both feeders, (K-126). Serrated drives rolls in both feeders too.

    power steering,power 48 inch deck,tilt wheel,2 spinner knobs,brush guard,J/D 10P cart,4 suitcase weights,150 lbs RimGuard in rear tires,Brinly 24x36 poly lawn roller.2003 Harley Ultra Classic Electra Glide,220,486 miles,I have been in all the lower 48 states with it. No bible quotes here.

    Don't use the ones with lube on them! An ear plug works just as good.

    Reason I don't like the pads with lube on them is, all Mig wires flake as they go through the drive rolls. The lube has a tendency to glue the flakes together, and can really gum things up inside the liner.
    Innershield wire has a graphite lube on it, when the wire goes through the serrated drive rolls it really makes a big mess.

    The wire I use does not have a coating on it=bare wire.
    It is ESAB.

    Hahaa. I know. Hard to believe that the drive rolls could be worn though. Not the Outlet guide right? Sorry.

    No, brand new drive rolls, guide plates, and brass bushing for the K-126 gun on the LF-72 feeder. Funny it feeds all other wires fine. Well up to .045"!

    I welded on 4 nuts that the welder will rest on at each corner.
