I looked online on the specs, and 200a @ 60% is pretty good, it's about the same as my Miller 300 inverters.

I may get one of those to do AC stuff (alum).

I still wish my welds looked as good as yours.

Thomas, welding takes practice, as long as you get penetration, it really doesn't matter
how the welds look.
penetration/fusion is the key.

Do you plan on capping the ends of the square tube? Some places with a lot of humidity it is a good idea to have a few weep holes too.

I was going to try and find some rubber/plastic end caps to go in them.
The two front ones are caped with metal.
It has been fun tinkering with a new mig welder.
We lived here since 1988, and only had a stick welder, what a difference.

I went through a learning process with my V350-Pro. I took a Harbor Freight tool cart, made a bottle rack for the back of it. The weight of the bottles buckled the bottom pan. Added some angle iron from the bottle rack along the sides of the bottom pan to beef it up. Then I decided I needed to build a cart for my LN-25 to keep it up off the ground. Then I found a good deal on the LF-72 wire feeder, but with the 60-pound roll cover it is just a little to big for the LN-25's cart, but it'll do.
