Not too exciting compared to some of the other projects here but this was one of my first welding projects after the table and some yard art. Miged a canopy with 3/4 inch 16 gauge tube and a nice cool roofing vinyl top.

Am I the only one who saw the dome in the background and wondered how that was a small project or a canopy!?!? Haha looks good!!

Both canopies look great! How did you attach it to your ROPS?

On your dome... does it swivel on the z-axis? Is it portable? 12v power to actuate? Looks heavy.

The dome doesn't rotate but the leaves fold down to completely open in. There is a concrete pier inside that I mount my telescopes to.
I just welded 3 sets of 3/8 inch bolts to the frame of the canopy and then bolted it to the top of the ROPS with some 1/8 inch plates straddling the ROPS.

I have 2 Tuff-Tops and like them....the 48x52.

Nothing to be ashamed of... my first canopy was scrap plywood and 2x4's. But it worked.
