Hydraulic pump upgrade?- 155d. Need OEM pump specs please.

My Dad and I are building a loader for my 155d (it helps that Dad is a retired equipment engineer) and we need some hydraulic system specs.

The pump is a Kayaba. GP1, 15CK, 6L1, and 68627 are the numbers on the pump. Any specifications (displacement, volume, pressure, max pressure, etc) would be greatly appreciated.

I want to stay away from an auxiliary pump to keep things simple. A pump upgrade would be preferred over an extra pump.

Any input and ideas would be helpful.

Sounds like a fun project. The 155 has a 3.7gpm pump @ 2700 rpm. That is normally more than adequate for a small loader.

Is that 2700 rpm on the engine or the pump?
