Looking good! I defiantly would do something about the lack of roll back with the forks flat on the ground. I absolutely love having the 35* roll back angle on my Deere, it allows you to stack so much more in your bucket and rarely spills a load. I definatly envy you on those forks, I have been needing a set since i got my Deere, i have to wait until i sell my small utility trailer to get a set though.

Thanks Jake looks like you are getting some work done yourself!

Yup we need that roll back for sure thats my thinking also. I like as much control as I can get especially when it means I may be picking stuff back up by hand that spilled.

I think California hit that fix right on the head.

I am keeping the fork angle (or lack of) in mind when I weld the SS plate on my bucket when I get time for it maybe this weekend.

I have already taken the forks off so I could mow and it is very easy to do. I can see I will appreciate changing attachments on the front being as easy to change as the rear that will be nice.

The last weld is done (I hate running out of something right when I am almost done) and its painted and all is well.

The mount before was higher on the bucket by 1 1/2" roughly -pic 4, and I raised the plate as high as I dared w/o weakening it at the top- pic 5. I sure didn't want to lose the ability to lift the front wheels off the ground and I didn't still can.

I now have a center place to hook a chain when necessary that is an added bonus.

I have been thinking about the forks lack of rear tilt and no adjustment and believe California's idea is the way to do it so thanks to him!

I have some 3/8 flat and I plan on building a wedge basically to weld at the back of the forks where they bear down on the lower bar across the quick attach I will post pics later.

Thanks guys!

Yes it went real smooth I was done in no time. A little expensive but what isn't these days anything that saves you time and effort later.
