    Default YM336D Tire Question

    Hey Guys new here.

Just bought my first Yanmar tractor and it's a YM336D. So far so good. I will need to replace the tires real soon. It currently has turf tires, I'd rather have AG tires but someone said I'd have to change the wheels too.

The rear tires are 44x18.00-20NHS.All I could find on the front is 13-32.

    Here are my questions..

What other size tires can I use on the rear wheels? I tried to find some rear tires the same size but that looks limited.

Do you know what size the front are?

If I want to put on AG tires, where can I get wheels to fit and what size do they need to be?

    Thanks!

PM me your email address....I have a brochure on the YM 276/ YM 336 with the original tire specs

It lists for the YM 336D:
    AGS
    Front 8-16
    Rear 12.4-28
    Turfs
    Front 8-16
    Rear 13.6-28

Some models of Yanmar had different ratios in the differentials or transmission depending on which tires were fitted. I suggest research this for your model before buying the tires/wheels.

I'd be interested in hearing what size wheels/tires other 336d owners have?
    Thanks

    On my 336D:

    Front: 7.50R16
    Rear: 12.4/11-28

What those mean, I have no idea. They are different brands of tires from front to rear, so you may need to convert one set of numbers.

    They are ag tires, BTW.

On my 3810D (same chassis as 336) it came with new 14.9x24 R1 (instead of the 12.4x28 it was supposed to have) and 7x16 (well worn) ricers.

I recently put new 8x16 R1 on front and the ratio works out mathematically with the stock tire sizes, these are a tiny bit larger diameter than stock and +3.45% was the ratio if memory serves fwtw. ymmv as always and yes new wheels will be necessary!

Can someone help me locate some wheels that will accommodate AG tires? Looks like I can buy new front wheels, but I can not find any rear ones. Is there any other tractor wheels that will interchange with Yanmar?
    Thanks

Can you post a picture of your current tires? I've never seen non-ag tires on a 336
