    Default timing cover removal

Working on a tractor with a 3T90 engine. I want to remove the timing cover. I hate surprises. Is there anything specific to watch out for? Is there a better way to do it than what the book says? There is nothing better than advice from someone who has done it.

Is this a John Deere 950? Just curious. Was looking at the John Deere parts drawings.

Nothing new for me. Well, anyway, if you go to the John Deere parts pages they have very good drawings of that engine.
