I needed something bigger then the dx 24 with bucket. I do not care for the belly mowers but when I used them I was in awe, no more bogging down in grass and no more belts its PTO shaft for mower and three pt. hitch both.
Wow and the size is perfect the Hi dx 24 was a little too small for 24 stall horses barn, but great for a beginner or small garden and snow removal the reverse and auto forward makes the dx and the 2900 extremely fun, love both them just needed a little more mule power for larger chores. Yanmar bought out cub cadet so it's both now.
