My Ole Gravely 9000 Posted by scott beverly on 11/03/2011

Okay folks, I purchased this Gravely 9000 from a fellow in Roanoke Va. this past summer (2011) for the purpose of attaching a back hoe attachment to it and maybe later a loader bucket.

At the time I did not know much about tractors, especially Gravely's, except I had heard they made good products. I payed $1700.00 for the tractor and brought it home. It runs pretty well, and cuts grass okay, but it was not the beefed up tractor I was needing.

So, being the optimist I am, I took the back hoe attachment I had and made a frame with wheels and all of a sudden I had a towable back hoe. Well maybe not all of a sudden, but I made it work for me and my needs.
