I live in the mountains 45 miles west of Colorado Springs, CO at 8800'. Fire prevention is a big deal here. We have to lop lower branches to eliminate ladder fuel, clear dead fall and dry twigs, etc. and mow the wild grass around the house.
I only have a little more than 2 acres, most of it at a 25¼ angle. I was able to use the FEL to remove 12 buckets full of limbs and branches I had cut earlier. It was a snap!
The little tractor runs beautifully and performs flawlessly. I have a ballast box for the FEL, a 48" rotary mower to tackle the grassy hillsides, and a 54" QH blade to handle the snow.
This is a great toy and a great help.
