Problems with Transmission

My power reverser transmission would not stay engaged in B range. It had to be re-done by dealer with 13 hours on it. Dealer was very helpful with the service, but one should not be required to do this on a new tractor.
Also, rockshaft lever and SCV levers are very inconvenient to use.
