I had a JD 4020 that was in perfect shape--problem is I am only 5 feet tall and had a very difficult time reaching pedals and my arms weren't long enough--I had to sit on the very edge of the seat. I put up with that for 11 years and was told about a 2510--GREAT RECOMMENDATION!
I found a JD 2510--always in shelter and only 1000 hrs. I took it to the JD Dealership for a check-up: perfect! The JD 2510 is perfect for me--and it has plenty of power for augers, bush hog and bucket. It's gas and I like that--cheaper to run. This is much more comfortable for me--and safer.
