You can have the best product in the world and the best dealer, but when the mother company in Korea does not respect their clients and not even answering emails for spare parts, you cannot provide service.
We have imported tractors, paid and sold the tractors through our dealer network but now it is impossible to get any spare parts out of Kioti. The spare parts aren't available. We are a company which sells 450 tractors per year so we should know what the service and spare part supply should be like.
Be warned: if your tractor breaks, you will struggle to get the parts as the mother company in South Korea do not care about their customers. We have send them requests and heard nothing from them. This is our experience and I have read that there are other people that share the same view!
