Great Tractor Posted by Philip Johson on 03/02/2013

I love this tractor and would definitely buy it again. The only problems I've had, which were easily fixed by me, are 1. The two piece drive shaft pulled apart once, and 2. one of the rear axle seals somehow worked its way out, dumping transmission fluid all over the ground.

I will say that one has to be very careful when using the FEL. Without counterweight, it's easy to pick up way too much weight. I've almost tipped over a few times.

Even though I'm not the greatest at maintaining this tractor (bought it used and it's now about ten years old), it has never failed to start and has always run like a top, even at 15 below zero, although at such low temperatures it takes a long time for the hydraulics to warm up.
