My BX2350 Posted by skooney on 07/01/2013

My first and only tractor so comparison is lacking. I am very happy with this small tractor. It's tough powerful and built strong. I've worked it hard, beyond what I think is standard usage and it took it. I excavated about 4 foot deep by 50 feet and 6 foot high of hillside (with the FEL). I dug a 30 foot by 75 foot by 3 foot deep pond, mowed and cleared wooded hilly trails and mow about 10 acres of farm land regularly, drag and haul trees for firewood.

The only weak point I feel is the 60 inch belly mower deck. The nuts on the pullies shear off at least once a year and the two front wheels broke off (though that is probably more a result of rough use on my part). I find connecting the belly mower quite laborious and frustrating. Once attached the mower does a great job. I also use the FEL in the winter to plow my drive - again it does a great job.

I've read about overheating complaints and all I can say is once or twice a summer I pressure wash the radiator and I have no problems. Bear in mind I live in upstate NY.
