BX24 Does It All Posted by Darren on 05/18/2013

My BX24 has been a great addition around the acreage. The backhoe is extremely useful for removing stumps and other things. Tried a friends New Holland of similar size and found the Kubota to have more power in the drive train and hydraulics.

The BX has been extremely reliable and even starts quickly when the temperatures drop. Added a snowblower to this unit to clear 300 yrd driveway; making yard work easy.

Have to use square bales of hay; due to limited front end lift but traded off for the compact size and can even clean stalls with it. Have a mid-mount mower deck that never stalls even in tall grass.

For me this Kubota BX24 was the right decision.

REVIEWER'S ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pros: Nice to have backhoe attachment with the base package. Cons: Some of the plastic foot deck cracked in the cold. Replacement with the same material seems pointless. Wish I could find larger selection of aftermarket parts. Type of User: Homeowner 1-10 Acres Location: Canada Outside of the U.S. I also considered buying:
