The tractor itself worked very well for the most part. I had problems with the loader hydraulics from the start with it losing pressure or dropping slowly and was told that it was normal operation from the dealership that sold it to me. That's where the problems started.
Again it wasn't the tractor but the service department and dealership. But it wasn't just that dealership. They stopped selling Mahindra tractors. The next dealership also was a disappointment as far as service goes.
They seemed to be helpful and knowledgeable but when the repairs they made failed shortly after being completed they would not back up their work when it was discovered that the failure was because of improper maintenance which they admitted was their fault but wouldn't make right because again they had gotten out of the Mahindra brand tractors and was on the verge of bankruptcy which isn't my fault but I had to find yet another dealership which is over 3 hours away in another state.
I am hoping to have a better experience with this larger dealership. So far they have been working with me and seem to know what they are doing. Time will tell. I had problems.
