Clutch Problems Posted by Les Lane on 05/12/2013

Other than the constant clutch problems, this isn't a bad little tractor. A little weak on power with the 4 cylinder gas engine, but that was to be expected.

I had the clutch replaced when I bought the tractor and it didn't last a year. It really doesn't get worked hard either, I mostly use it for the front loader to move my firewood rounds from where I cut them to the log splitter. I think I will shop around for a different tractor mechanic this time. I never had clutch problems on either of my other 2 Masseys so I have to believe that the work may have been less than stellar. Other than all that, nice little turf tractor.
