We live on 3.5 acres in Philadelphia, PA. Two acres are lawn, garden, and 1.5 acres are wooded. I use the Ventrac tractor to pull a cart, also a lawn roller. It is the perfect tractor for our property because of four wheel hydrostatic drive and articulated steering, both necessary to protect the lawn and and climb a slight grade in the woods. The articulated steering permits tight turns without. tearing up the turf.
The tractor has a liquid cooled 31 hp gas engine ideal for lower noise level. I also have a slip scoop which is great. For grass cutting, a SCAG zero turn 44 " lawn mower does the job.
