Inspired by RoyJackson. Dang, you can't see the pivot screws on the rear, which came with NO washers, NO loctite, and NO nylock nuts. I added washers. One day, I'll put some loctite on the threads. No screws holding the base to the hood; just the double-face tape. That stuff works.
The meter is a real godsend. I mowed about 12 acres the days immediately following the great flood of South-west Wisconsin in 2007. The field was muddy and the brush was wet. I have to mow a lot of the field across the slope. This little bugger really helped me make the call when it was time to "bail" and steer down the hill, just to be safe.
