This is a ripper i had made by an engineering shop to my design to fit my YC35-7 Yuchai excavator . It is made out of 32mm Bisalloy 400 . The hook halfway up is for tearing the lateral roots from the stump . The top hooks are for pushing and pulling the stump to break the tap root and loosen the stump . I found that pulling on the teeth on my trenching bucket the leverage imposed by the bucket on the crowd ram could overcome the dump valve in the control bank , but pulling this high up does not and doubles my purchase.
