NAEDA Awards Great Plains Gold Level Service

The North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) has announced the recipients of its 2015 service awards. Great Plains was awarded a Gold Level service award for 2015. These awards are presented annually to manufacturers who receive exemplary ratings in twelve operational categories addressed in NAEDA’s Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey.

The other shortline manufacturers recognized for Gold Level service were Land Pride (a division of Great Plains Manufacturing), Kuhn, Landoll, MacDon, and Woods.

“The NAEDA Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey is one of the most important services the association provides its members and the industry,” notes Gail Halderman, Chair of NAEDA’s Member Services Committee. “This year’s survey experienced a significant increase in dealer input as we received more than 6,000 manufacturer ratings. We are extremely pleased with the level of participation and proud of the benefit this survey provides.”

The twelve operational categories addressed in the survey are overall satisfaction; product availability; product quality; product technical support; parts availability; parts quality; return privileges; communications with management; warranty procedures; warranty payments; marketing and advertising support; and manufacturer response to dealer needs and concerns.
