3. Concrete Bag Retaining Wall

One of the quickest, easiest, and cheapest ways to build a retaining wall is with concrete bags. Great for supporting a road above a culvert or to block water. It’s rough, but it’ll do for some. Since the concrete bags are heavy your tractor will come in handy for this one—plus you need to grade and back-fill so yeah you’re going to need a tractor for this. I wish our soil around here in the Ozarks looked like bindian’s. That would be easy and fun to work with. We need TNT to make holes in the limestone.
Pet peeve. Sacks of concrete. Not cement. Cement is the powdery stuff that you mix with aggregate (sand and gravel) and water to make concrete. I’m a civil engineer.
Clean up / junk pile / etc is great to tackle in the fall – Before the snow flies!
