Model Year: 1985

We own this tractor from new, we bought it in 1985. It has been very reliable tractor for us so far, for years it was our only tractor and has done all farm work from haymaking till slurry mixing. It still starts first time in all weather conditions, and never let us down a single time. The one thing I do not particularly like about this tractor is the steering system and the engine that tends ''give up'' to easy when worked hard. I would however comment this tractor to any smallholder or small farmer looking for a good value buy.

Pros: Bomb proof engine, easy starting, good hydraulics
Cons: Steering system, engine seems a bit underpowered

Model Year: 1983

Recently bought this old baby from a nearby farm. It has the gear lever and hi-lo range lever on the steering column and for the life of me I can only get her into 2nd gear. The others just don't seem to be there. Having said that, she goes fine for a lovely old lady and so far, nothing has broken! Would I buy her again? You bet! It's like taking a classy lady to a dance!

Pros: Nothing electronic to go wrong.
Cons: Bloody Rubiks Cube of a gearbox.
