My blood is 15W-40. I am even trying to get my wife to drive a diesel.

I'm starting a line of perfume aimed at wives/girlfriends of guys like you. It's a mixture of fresh cut oak sap, pine tar, hydraulic fluid and diesel. I may add a hint of WD-40 for the city folk, not sure on that...

Should be a best seller.

:D I prefer CRC 6-56 to the wd stuff. Maybe a hint of aerosol paint too.

Dang, you spoiled the surprise.

I was going to add some mid-temp enamel reducer for that hint of extravagance. So when you close your eyes as you hold her close, you could imagine you were inside a new mulcher with fresh paint shredding it's first tree! Oh well, cat's out of the bag as it were.

THANKS GUYS!!! I could not wait for this stuff to hit the market so I went to the shop and mixed up my own batch and when I gave it to her she almost got sick and called me an idiot! I told her I had a suprise and had her close her eyes and since I did not have one of those fancy little prefume sprayers I cleaned out a bottle of Simple Green and used that empty bottle to apply YOUR MASTERPIECE. When I started to apply her new perfume her silky little outfit started to dissolve and all she could say was "it burns it burns." Of course I though this stuff was pretty hot but I had no idea, anyway, I hope her skin clears up before the real stuff hits the stores.

So much for holding her close and dreaming of being in my new mulcher...she won't let me even touch her.

What did I do wrong?

You made the obvious, and most common mistake. You didn't let her made the decision. Women are always in charge and when you take it upon yourself to pick out her perfume, you crossed the line!! :mad:

It sounds like you have the ultimate mixture there, and it's impossible to conceive of any woman not absolutely loving it, so the fault lies squarly on your shoulders.

Put it in a fancy container and give it a trendy name, and it will sell. I'm partial to the new WD-40 cans and think those small ones are very attractive. I have dificultly resisting them at the check out line and I'm guilty of buying one more then once just because they are in such cute little cans!!!!! :):):)

Once you package it properly and let her be the one who picks it out, she'll use it every day and show you her appreciation for it in ways I'm sure you have only dreamed of. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

After most of last night and working very hard this morning I think we have most of the molten silk out of the blisters on her skin. I will look into some more "girly" packaging and try again next week. Also I will ask her to avoid any silk in the future, she did not seem to enjoy a stiff bristle brush scrubbing an open wound to get the silk debris out. Does Carhartt have a womens lingerie? She difinately needs something a little tougher than that Victorias Secret crap.

Amateur!

Obviously you substituted ingredients. You can't use Acetone or MEK to replace Enamel reducer. You can't use lye to replace diesel. And I'll bet you substituted poison oak sap for the fresh oak sap? Am I right or am I right?? And the Simple Green container? Paaaalease!

You should have put it in an 8 oz glass jar and used your air brush ! Duh. Just a spritz behind the ears and you're in heaven. Or you would have been had you waited until the real product came out. Now thanks to your "help" OSHA won't let me mix the chemicals without class III environmental suits, I need an EPA waiver to transport and Homeland Security is threatening to classifying it as a weapon of mass destruction. There goes my fortune! {Thanks!}

Oh well, at least I have my Quasimodo good looks and butter knife sharp wit to fall back on. {:eek:}

By the way, what kind of burlap shirt is made of silk anyway?

Paint thinner is paint thinner and it was my affinity for diesel that got this whole thing started. And one more thing.

Can someone please think of something intelligent for us to talk about! I feel dumber and dumber the more I type. Yes I do know I started it today.
