Just curious as to if anyone has the 3pt hitch on their BX25/25 if they could measure from the ground up to the arms center. I just got a BX25 and the lowest I can get it is like 10 inches of ground..Just doesnt seem right as I need it to go down a lot lower. Dealer is trying to figure it out but nothing yet. Please someone I hope could measure theirs.

I just had the same problem on my new BX1860. The balls at the ends of the three point arms didn't move free enough. I had to take a 4' bar that would fit through the ball and move the ball in all directions. I also sprayed some grease on the ball ends when I did this.

To see if you have the same problem, disconnect the lift arms from the link that goes down to the three point arms. If the lift arms drop down further then your ball ends are binding. Let me know if you have any questions.

Ya Gary I have done all that. It seems that on the BX25 they just don't go down anyfurther. I have tried everything and looked at dif ones at the dealer and all go down except the BX25. I really wanted the little back hoe but have another attachment that I need to run and cant unless they drop darn near to the ground. My old B7610 worked just fine. should have kept it.....

The arms are higher off the ground so that the tractor can lift full cat 1 implements and not drag them on the ground. The trade off is that the arms don't go quite as low.

Sooooo Anybody have any ideas of how I can get it lower?? I thought about making the side bars longer.. Or drilling another hole in the bar that the sidebar is pinned to .. just make the hole an inch or so closer to the tractor. Maybe give me some more down.. Frustrated as heck..LOL

I know you said you did all this, but did you look at the position of the lift arms with the three point in the lowest position? Did you disconnect the the three point arms and try to lower the lift arms more? Did they go any lower? How low are you trying to go? What are you trying to use?

I couldn't hook up to my 4' Gearmore box without lifting the front 1/8" so I could put the pins in. It's hard to use a ground engaging implement if your arms don't go low enough to hook up to it. I thought I had to buy a different box until I went to the dealer and figured out what was happening.

I'll try to take some measurements tomorrow when I pick up my tractor from the dealer.

Ya I spent all day trying to get them lower. Unhooked everything and they did not go any lower. I am trying to hook up a Rotodairon, which is a soil renovator. I used it on my 7610 and it was wonderful. Funny thing is the company that makes it says that the 2350 is the perfect trsctor for it. Well ya get to the bottom and they use the same hitch on the BX25 as the ol 2350 is now the 2360. Thought about unhooking gthe lift arms and moving them on the splines a little, I need to do something soon.. I thank you all for the rersponses ..I look forward to the measurement Gary... Have a Great Day..

I have a BX25 that I just got last week. I just tried to fit the 3 point components on mine. Yes 10" is about where mine goes down to also.

I do not have any 3 point implements yet.

How low do you think it should go?

I have a bx1800 (not sure if you 3 pt is the same) on one side the 3 pt arm will adjust up or down to level or tilt what ever is attached. the other arm is fixed. but I bought the same adjustable one and it fit the fixed side fine. I can now drop them both right to the ground
